Rules for Entry

To Enter:

1. Purchase any four (4) eligible participating products of the six (6) participating Wisynco manufactured and/or distributed brands. The six (6) participating brands and participating stores listed below.

2. Scan the QR code to join Wisynco Christmas Sprint Website.
3. Participants must take a picture of their receipt with the products purchased and upload to the website wisyncochristmassprint.com
4. Participants must complete the information on the website by filling in their name, address and contact number when submitting their entry on the website.

Terms and Conditions 

• All entries must be received between October 16 to December 14, Enter as often as you wish.
• No written receipts will be Receipts must clearly show the following information: transaction number, date of purchase, name of store and the quantity of qualifying items purchased.
• Winners will be randomly selected and notified by Personal information will be used only for the purpose of notifying winners.
• Valid driver’s license, passport, school ID or electoral ID required to redeem all
• Winners who do not attend the shopping sprint on the mentioned dates will forfeit the prize and no prize will be awarded.
• Unclaimed prizes will remain the property of Wisynco Group
• Employees of the sponsor, Wisynco Group Limited, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, its judging organization, and any family members within their household, e. parents, spouse, siblings and children are not eligible.

Eligibility

Only open to consumers, 18 years of age and over, of the participating outlets in Jamaica. Employees of the sponsor, Wisynco Group Limited, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, its judging organization, and any family members within their household, i.e. parents, spouse, siblings and children are not eligible. Persons may enter as often as they wish. This promotion is intended for viewing in Jamaica only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to Jamaican law. Consumers are not authorized to participate in the prize competition if they are not legal residents of Jamaica.

Limitation of Liability

By entering this prize competition, all entrants agree to these official rules. Winners agree that (except where prohibited) the sponsor may use their name, picture and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. The sponsor, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance or use of a prize or participation in this prize competition. Refusal of the above clause will result in the forfeiture of the right to claim prize.

Details of Prizes

The sprint will be conducted in the store from which the winner was selected. A total of two (2) shopping sprints will be awarded on two (2) separate dates. Sprints will be executed November 20, 2025 and December 18, 2025 respectively. The winner of the first draw will participate in a one minute (60 seconds) shopping sprint valued up to one hundred and fifty thousand Jamaican dollars (JA$150,000) inclusive of tax. The winner of the second draw will participate in a two minute (120 seconds) shopping sprint valued up to two hundred and fifty thousand Jamaican dollars (JA$250,000) inclusive of tax. Products manufactured and/or distributed by Wisynco will be placed on a table at the starting point of the sprint for convenience to the winners. The winners must select twenty thousand Jamaican dollars (JA$20,000) worth of Wisynco distributed and/or manufactured brands. Any product damaged or broken by the winners during the shopping sprint will be included as part of the prize.

Participating Stores

The selection of winners will be conducted at the social media agency It’s Pixel Perfect, located at 237 Old Hope Road, Kingston. Winners will be electronically selected using the software Woobox. There will be two draw dates. All entries received by November 16, 2025, will be used in the first draw on November 17, 2025, at 3pm. Second Draw will be done on December 15, 2025, at 3 p.m. There will be one backup winner chosen per prize for each draw.

A Wisynco representative will contact the winner for each draw via telephone immediately after the draw. If the number remains unanswered after three (3) attempts within twelve (12) hours, then such person shall be disqualified, and the backup winner will be contacted. If the backup winner cannot be reached within three (3) attempts within twelve (12) hours, then such person(s) shall be disqualified, and no prize will be awarded. The notified winners who do not attend the shopping sprint on the mentioned date will forfeit the prize and no prize awarded. Participants must present a valid identification (Passport, Driver’s License, National or School). All non-winning entries from the first draw will be re-entered. The winner from the first draw will be allowed to enter for the second draw, with different entry/entries. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Advertising/Promotion

The promotion will be advertised on the company’s social media platform Instagram & Facebook (@wisyncohub) and the participating stores through flyers, standees, wobblers, static clings, pallet wraps, lollipop signs, digital billboards, and gondola dressing. These promotional materials will include the statement: ‘Authorized under section 58 (3) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act.’
